BBC interview: Kids are back to disrupt their father’s interview yet again
We have to admit: Every time Robert Kelly comes on TV, probably to talk about very important things, we have one eye on the door to see if his kids walk in. That’s what happened in his hilarious interview in 2017, when first his daughter rocked up, then his son, and then their horrified mother trying to get things under control.
Unfortunately, the interviews have pretty much gone smoothly since then. Until now! The infamous naughty kids have disrupted their dad’s interview.
Three years after the original clip went viral, the family have given us a gift to help us get through the coronavirus lockdown. The kids are back, and as naughty as ever. Interviewed on the BBC about the situation in South Korea, they couldn’t resist using the interview time to mess around.
His daughter Marion fidgets and messes up his hair as he tries to speak, sticks out her tongue and has to be told to settle down (which she ignores). Meanwhile, his son seems to get bored of the whole thing and wanders off, coming back with what looks like a compute game.
Naturally, people are loving it almost as much as the original, what I truly love about this clip is the segue into the part where the BBC dad genuinely wants to answer the interviewer’s questions but is being hit in the face by his daughter.
They might be a little older, but they’re as entertaining as ever. Never change, Kelly family!
