Wantaway Chelsea striker, Tammy Abraham has agreed to a £34m deal as he will fly to Italy on Sunday to complete the move.
According to Sky in Italy, talks with Roma general manager Tiago Pinto progressed positively after he met Abraham in London on Thursday.
The Serie A outfit believe Tammy will be key in Jose Mourinho’s plan at Roma.
Abraham after going to Italy on Sunday would also undergo a medical at the Villa Stuart Clinic in Rome, before signing a five-year contract worth £4m a year after tax.
Chelsea will have €80m buyback option on the 23-year-old, which can be triggered in the summer of 2023.
Abraham’s exit from Chelsea became necessary after he fell out of favour at Chelsea during the arrival of Thomas Tuchel.
The arrival of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan further ushered the player further down the pecking order.
