Temitope Adeyemi is the “Teachability Expert ”, Training Re-engineering and Acceleration Advocate. Her dynamic and energetic vibes gives her the edge to impact youths, organizations and Civic society as a Serial volunteer and SDGs Advocate.
She is the Founder of CourseAD Training Services, Executive Director of Training Hub Africa, Vice President of Lions Club (Anthony Mende Mega) and Convener of ALICE (Leading Ladies mentoring Ladies Group) among her other leadership capacities.
She is passionate about Policy Development, Inclusive Governance & Corporate Social Responsibility.
As a teacher with the transformative and deliberative learning ideology, her span of influence is also cemented with her present Doctoral study in the field of Curriculum Theory. Her poise and courage to deliver speech online, Radio/TV stations (WigRadio, WFM, Jordan FM, Unilag and TV, Radio 1, e.t.c) on Train-the-Trainer, Volunteering, Social Impact advocacy, Growth Mindset, Women Empowerment, Girl Child Education among others is usually electrifying and informative.
She along with her team consults and outsource training management on behalf of over 10 organisations to develop training content, source facilitators/venue, connect trainer to trainee, training needs assessment, teacher development training, training coverage and marketing, e.t.c. She also spends a quality part of her time on Social Impact Innovation advocacy, activities and activation to have continuous and improved community work experience for personal and professional success.
She created a platform for over 150 young women to be mentored, trained and exposed to information and oppurtunities to boost their influence and impact in the political, education and entrepreneurial spheres.
She is the convener and consultant on "Sustainability Conversation" for CSR and PPP.
She has served twice as an Executive of the Prestigious Communication and Leadership Club – Toastmasters International as Vice President (Membership) and Vice President (Public Relations) with impact as a Competent Communicator.
She has also served and is serving as the Service Charter/Membership Director and Vice President (Leadership) respectively of Lions Club (Anthony Mende Lions) with her mandate of meeting humanitarian needs in her community and beyond. She was the Treasurer of Post Graduate Christian Fellowship and the Assistant General Secretary of Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship (Abuja State). These sharpened her leadership and people management skills. In addition to these, she was the Past Public Relations Officer of Erastus Akingbola Postgraduate hall.
Her interest in giving a voice to the voiceless led her to be a beneficiary of The Intel Semi-Conductor Sponsored Journalism Workshop in South Africa, Johannesburg, News Room Intern in A.I.T, Festival of Learning Trainer, Mentor of mentees of boys and girls and Event MC.
She was also the winner of the 2017 (Adire-Tire) Business Pitch Competition of W.TEC, a lady with a tech focused NGO. She continuously serves as a Youth Representative and delegate of various youth and education summit, Board member of Mary Pearls Initiative for Women & Girls, ISOTAC (Drug Abuse Prevention Initiative), Ambassador for Madmoiselle Foundation, State Vice President of National Youth Coalition, Member of Youth Emancipation, Advocacy and Rehabilation Nigeria (YEARN), Member of Wikipedia Foundation, Member of YALI, Member Of Volunteer Hub, RSW Volunteer Trainer, Lagos SAED NYSC Trainer among others.
